I have had a great experience with Hess Automobiles, Aesch . While booking our car and getting the handover, Mr Bruno Luciano was exceptional in terms of customer service. He always has the best interest of the customer in mind. Everything was super smooth. Post the car delivery, the service provided by Ms Kerstin Meyer was equally great and exceptional. She had a lot of patience and her customer centrality and solution mindset really was great. She went out of the way to help and ensure a great experience.
