I have had a great experience with Hess Automobiles, Aesch . While booking our car and getting the handover, Mr Bruno Luciano was exceptional in terms of customer service. He always has the best interest of the customer in mind. Everything was super smooth. Post the car delivery, the service provided by Ms Kerstin Meyer was equally great and exceptional. She had a lot of patience and her customer centrality and solution mindset really was great. She went out of the way to help and ensure a great experience. Both Mr Bruno and Ms Kerstin have the customer at the center of their interactions and activity . Highly recommend

We would like to express our sincere thanks to BMW Garage Hess in Aesch for the professional support they provided with our BMW X4. We felt particularly well looked after during the technical assessment and subsequent repair. Mr. Rohtmüller and his team took the time to carefully analyze the situation and transparently inform us about possible causes and appropriate steps. Communication was clear, friendly, and solution-oriented; we always felt like we were being taken seriously. Even when we had questions, they patiently and clearly explained what exactly was being done and why. This openness and expertise built a great deal of trust in us. We know we will gladly return to Garage Hess for future needs. Thank you for your dedicated and customer-oriented service!

My experience buying a car was very positive. I had a lot of questions, and Kristijan Vukovic was very patient and very helpful in answering them all. He worked to get me the best deal, and was supportive, informative, honest and kind. I'll be back for more - and my car is GREAT!

Leard Dimiri is a fantastic sales manager. We went for a test drive, he was super welcoming. He made us feel heard and addressed all our questions regarding the BMW X3 we tried. He knows how to put the customers and their needs at the center of the conversation. Ask for him when you plan going there.
